Mariana Enriquez (Buenos Aires, 1973) is a journalist, deputy editor of the Radar supplement of the newspaper Página/12, and a teacher. Since joining the catalog in 2016, Anagrama has published the novels Bajar es lo peor and Nuestra parte de noche (Herralde Novel Prize and Critics' Prize 2019); the short story collections Los peligros de fumar en la cama and Las cosas que perdimos en el fuego, published in twenty countries and awarded in 2017 with the Premi Ciutat de Barcelona in the category "Literature in Spanish"; the profile La hermana menor, about the writer Silvina Ocampo; the chronicles Alguien camina sobre tu tumba and her journalistic chronicles gathered in El otro lado. Me encantó, las ilustraciones son muy chéveres. Si es algo rudo para contar algunas realidades y bueno, hasta ahora pienso que es bueno tener este después de tener el libro que es sólo prosa, que tiene el mismo nombre, pienso que las historias están parcializadas, puede llegar a ser confuso. Mejor tener el otro también. Hasta ahora siento que no llegué a entender el final de algunas historias jajajjajaja, creo que soy el tipo de lectora que no me gustan los finales hechos para la imaginación. De todas maneras me encantó demasiado, encima que es mi primera novela gráfica. Son cuentos, también se mezcla algo con tintes periodísticos. De hecho la autora es periodista, no sabía. Ese es un toque especial. Lo recomiendo totalmente,junto con el otro que se llama igual, pero que no es gráfico,son los cuentos completos. Disfruté la lectura demasiado.
