Synopsis "Getting Your Mind to MIND YOU!: A Beginner's Guide to Meditation for Those Who Think They CAN?T Because Their Mind WON?T Be Quiet! "

Are you someone who thinks you can never meditate BECAUSE your mind won't be quiet? Guess what? So was I! That was until I went with my girlfriend to her meditation group and met the most wonderful teacher: Ani Trime! Her simple directions of: "Sit down, shut up and see what happens" changed my life forever! I told her I was going to write this book to share the magnificent gift she gave to me with the rest of the folks just like me: those who thought we'd never be able to meditate....Although Trime passed away this past October, I find her presence with me every morning I sit down to do my meditation practice. Thank you Trime - my life is better because of you!
