R. Gordon Wasson
R. Gordon Wasson (1898-1986) was an American ethnomycologist and writer known for his research on the use of psychoactive mushrooms in various cultures. His works belong to the genres of anthropology, ethnobotany, and the history of religions, exploring the role of entheogens in sacred rituals.
