Irene Vallejo
Irene Vallejo Moreu was born in Zaragoza, Spain, in 1979. She holds a PhD in Classical Philology from the universities of Zaragoza and Florence. She contributes to the newspaper Heraldo de Aragón, from which the books: El pasado que te espera and Alguien habló de nosotros have emerged.
In 2011, she published her first novel, La luz sepultada, followed by El silbido del arquero. She has been included in the 2016 anthology of Aragonese female narrators, Hablarán de nosotras.
She has also written, in children's and young adult literature, the works: El inventor de viajes, illustrated by José Luis Cano, and La leyenda de las mareas mansas, in collaboration with the painter Lina Vila.
