Esther Buk
Esther Buk was an Argentine therapist specialized in holistic reflexology. Throughout her life, she trained in various holistic techniques, acquiring extensive knowledge and experience in the area. In 1988, she met Avi Grinberg in Israel, the creator of the Holistic Reflexology foot reading method. Later, Grinberg was invited to Argentina to conduct seminars, which allowed Esther Buk to begin her work as a reflexologist.
She developed the Reflex In method, aimed at personal transformation through foot reading. She founded the first School of Holistic Reflexology in Argentina and was a co-founder and honorary member of the Argentine Association of Reflexologists. In 2007, she published the book "Wisdom from Feet to Head: Reflex In", where she detailed her method and the various contact techniques in reflexology.
