Bernal Díaz Castillo
Bernal Díaz del Castillo (1492-1584) was a Spanish conquistador and chronicler of the conquest of Mexico. His most important work is True History of the Conquest of New Spain, written between 1552 and 1568, though published posthumously in 1632.
