Learn to enjoy the company for yourself. Evoking people who, like me, are thinking about changing their lives or are starting the process, I have decided to write this guide. I intend to have an action plan. Do things in a certain way to achieve the goals of dreams, avoid unnecessary suffering, and always remember that compassion begins with ourselves.
