During his long and adventurous life of 94 years, Joe accomplished both and was so much more. Joe never missed an opportunity to reminisce and share his amazing stories with his family and friends. Those of us lucky enough to have sat with him and listened to his stories will treasure them forever. His raw emotion while retelling his life experiences would leave us in tears. For us, these stories were inspirational, for Joe they were healing. Joe passed away peacefully on March 19, 2017 at the age of 94, but his family has been diligently recording his life in print and on video so that his memory will never be forgotten. This book is the work of his family and it is meant to share the true stories of the greatest man we have ever known, Joe Sangermano.
