Murewa Ayodele es un guionista nigeriano de cómics nacido en el estado de Osun en 1994, reconocido por su creciente proyección internacional en la industria del cómic. Formado en informática en la Redeemer’s University, inició su carrera en el circuito independiente africano, donde cofundó el estudio Collectible Comics NG junto al artista Dotun Akande. Su trabajo temprano se caracteriza por combinar ciencia ficción, mitología africana y crítica social, consolidándose como una de las voces más interesantes del cómic contemporáneo africano.

Es autor de títulos como New Men, nominada a los Premios Nommo, y My Grandfather Was a God, además de dar el salto a Marvel con obras como I Am Iron Man y la serie Storm. En 2023 recibió el Fist Award al Escritor de la Década en la Lagos Comic Con, reflejo de su impacto en la escena del cómic. Su estilo destaca por integrar narrativa emocional con construcción de mundo ambiciosa, aportando nuevas perspectivas culturales a personajes clásicos del cómic estadounidense.
