Um die Anwendung ordnungspolitischer Sachnormen für den internationalen Rechtsverkehr transparenter zu gestalten, werden die Anwendungsvoraussetzungen von Eingriffsnormen im Sinne des Art. 34 EGBGB zunehmend innerhalb bestimmter Rechtsgebiete konkretisiert. Der Verfasser zeigt auf, da Regelungen des Sozialrechts als international-privatrechtliche Eingriffsnormen charakterisiert werden können. Die Anwendungsvoraussetzungen inländischer sozialrechtlicher Eingriffsnormen werden innerhalb von Fallgruppen exemplarisch anhand einzelner Normen dargestellt. Hinsichtlich ausländischer Sozialrechtsnormen wird zwischen deren Anwendung aufgrund völker- und europarechtlicher Anwendungsgebote sowie aufgrund autonomen Rechts unterschieden.
