Synopsis "Schmuckstücke: Das Schicksal Einer Pianistin im kz Ravensbrück (in German)"

Die angehende Pianistin Sarah überlebt den Horror im Konzentrationslager Ravensbrück. Bei der Rückkehr nach Hause stellt sie mit Schrecken fest, dass ihre Eltern den Tod in einem anderen KZ gefunden haben. Sie lebt deshalb erst einmal bei Onkel und Tante und arbeitet in deren Fabrik. Mit zwei Jahren Verspätung erhält Tante Johanna per Post Sarahs letzten Brief aus dem KZ an ihre Mutter. Darin schildert die junge Frau die tödliche Hölle des Lageralltags und die abscheuliche Brutalität und Blutrunst der SS-AufseherInnen und Ärzte. Sarah liest Johanna den Brief vor. Am Tag darauf steht Sarah ihrer ehemaligen Aufseherin gegenüber.
