So möchte sie das Höchstma der Jugendstrafe von zehn auf fünfzehn Jahre erhöhen, Änderungen im Hinblick auf die strafrechtliche Behandlung der Heranwachsenden vornehmen und den Warnschussarrest für junge Rückfalltäter einführen. Das Buch stellt alle ma geblichen Reformkonzepte detailliert vor und analysiert, ob sie jenseits der Grenze des politisch motivierten Populismus tauglich sind.
