Know that IGE (Individually Guided Education) is basically an individualized personalized change process that is transformational and lasting, not mere tinkering. what if an examination of principles, themes, etc. of a broad range of national and international proposals for the reform of education in the last 50 years reveals which of these proposals indicates that they (it) are (is) educational reform that is transformative and not tinkering? what if the Massachusetts Education Reform Act of 1993 initiates a reform process that is transformational and lasting. what if the report (Building on 20 years of Massachusetts Education Reform) which covers the development and implementation of The Massachusetts Education Reform Act from 1994 to 2014 reveals the IGE change process especially in cities like Lawrence that are in "Receivership" and in need of drastic transformative change are now in place and working? what if the IDEA (Institute for the Development of Educational Activities, Kettering Foundation) funded Learning Community at Westfield State College from 1976 - 1984 successfully designed and implemented the IGE Change Process for pre inservice teachers to prepare them for their role in an IGE School?
