Das Buch analysiert das rekursive Verhltnis von Recht und Organisationen (Verwaltungen, Unternehmen, NGOs). Rechtliche Normen formen Organisationen mit und sollen ihnen einen stabilen Handlungsrahmen geben. Gleichzeitig setzen Organisationen Gesetze um und gestalten Normen etwa durch Compliance, Rechtsinterpretation oder auch brauchbare Illegalitt mit. Zudem sind sie aktiv an der Gesetzentwicklung beteiligt, etwa durch Lobbying und Beratung.
