Synopsis "Psychopedagogical Training: Professional Performance of Newly Qualified Teachers in Higher Education"

This book is dedicated to the entire teaching community, on a pedagogical training alert before starting to teach in higher education in Mozambique and beyond, but at all levels, from the ground up.The book is entitled "Psychopedagogical Training in the Professional Performance of Newly Graduated Teachers in Higher Education: Case of the Public University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Degree Course X", with the aim of understanding the contribution of psychopedagogical training in the professional performance of teachers who start teaching degree courses at a public university. This theme arises from many years of teaching work by the author of this book at science institutes and three universities, where she has encountered teachers with difficulties in teaching classes, from the point of view of organizing instruments, criteria for assigning subjects by the pedagogical directorate or course directorate and structuring a class. The data was collected through interviews with 10 participants, 8 of whom were teachers on the degree course at the University and 2 representatives of the management.
