Princess of the Silver Woods - Jessica Day George

Red Riding Hood meets Robin Hood in the third book in New York Times bestselling author Jessica Day George's enchanting Twelve Dancing Princesses series.

When Petunia, the youngest of King Gregor's twelve dancing daughters, is invited to visit an elderly friend in the neighboring country of Westfalin, she welcomes the change of scenery. But to reach Westfalin, Petunia must venture through a forest where strange humanlike wolves are rumored to exist--wolves intent on redistributing the wealth of the noble citizens who have entered their territory.

But the bandit-wolves prove more rakishly handsome than truly dangerous. And when Petunia reaches her destination, she realizes the kindly grandmother she has been summoned to visit may be more sinister than she seems . . .

Jessica Day George is the New York Times bestselling author of the Rose Legacy series, the Tuesdays at the Castle series, the Twelve Dancing Princesses series, and the Dragon Slippers trilogy. Originally from Idaho, she studied at Brigham Young University and worked as a librarian and bookseller before turning to writing full-time. She now lives in Salt Lake City, Utah, with her husband and three children.
