She holds a degree and is a professor in Literature from the University of Buenos Aires. She has worked as an editor specializing in children's literature and school texts. She is the author of more than ninety books for children and young adults published in Argentina, Mexico, Spain, and other countries. Her works have received various awards, the most recent being the Hispano-American Poetry Prize for Children. At Planeta Lector, she also published Circo.
