Synopsis "Piper nigrum L.: Silber-Nanopartikel (in German)"

Das chemische Profil, die antioxidative und entzündungshemmende Wirkung von Silbernanopartikeln (AgNPs), die aus einer Nanoemulsion (NEO) aus ätherischem Öl von Piper nigrum synthetisiert wurden, wurde in einer noch nie dagewesenen Weise untersucht. Die Nanoemulsionen wurden mit der Phaseninversionsmethode hergestellt und die Synthese der AgNPs wurde mit der Agno3 Ag-Reduktionsmethode unter Verwendung von NEO durchgeführt. Die antioxidative Aktivität wurde mit der Abts-Radikalfärbemethode und die entzündungshemmende Aktivität mit der Proteindenaturierung bewertet. Der Hauptbestandteil des EO war Limonen (42,41%). Das Maximum der Spr-Bande lag bei 420 nm, was auf den charakteristischen Peak der AgNPs hinweist. Der niedrigste IC50-Wert von 16,26 mg L-1 für die antioxidative Aktivität wurde für AgNP pH 11 ermittelt. Der IC50-Wert, der das beste Ergebnis für die entzündungshemmende Aktivität bei pH 11 zeigte, betrug 0,217 mg mL-1. Diese Studie lieferte noch nie dagewesene Ergebnisse für P. nigrum AgNPs und erwies sich als effizient bei der Verstärkung der in dieser Studie getesteten Aktivitäten.
