Synopsis "Olga de Papel. El Viaje Extraordinario (in Spanish)"

I always attract the same type of person? ¿How do I express and receive love? ¿How can someone fall out of love so quickly? Most people had their parents or grandparents as a guiding point of how relationships should work and what to expect from a partner, but no one really explained how to build a loving, peaceful, and healing relationship.   In this essential book geared towards today's couples, Anamar asserts that in order to build a healthy relationship, one must put forth a lot of work, goodwill, and be open to genuine communication.   Heal Your Wounds as a Couple gives you the tools to do away with the toxic energy in your relationship, one that makes old wounds of rejection, humiliation, betrayal, and injustice more painful. Through different techniques, soul-searching exercises, and real-life examples, you will learn to let go of the pain, to identify any recurring themes in your relationship, and to heal your wounds in order to establish a mature and loving relationship.
