Synopsis "Neuroendoskopie und Behandlung von Hydrocephalus bei Kleinkindern (in German)"

Die interne Ableitung durch Implantation von Shunts war viele Jahre lang die einzige Behandlungsmethode für Hydrocephalus, aber auch mit vielen Komplikationen verbunden, was die Neurochirurgen dazu veranlasste, die endoskopische Chirurgie zu entwickeln, insbesondere die Ventriculocisternostomie und die Koagulation der Choroidplexus. Ziel unserer Arbeit ist es, die Erfahrungen der neurochirurgischen Abteilung des Chu d'Oran bei der Behandlung von pädiatrischem Hydrocephalus durch endoskopische Chirurgie anhand einer retrospektiven Studie vom 1. Oktober 2015 bis zum 30. September 2016 darzustellen. Wir führten 67 endoskopische Eingriffe bei 63 Säuglingen mit einem Durchschnittsalter von 20 Jahren durch.Unsere Ergebnisse waren relativ zufriedenstellend und ermutigen uns, die Behandlung von Hydrocephalus durch endoskopische Chirurgie fortzusetzen und die Indikation für diese Chirurgie für andere neurochirurgische Pathologien zu verallgemeinern.
