Synopsis "Merlin's War: Special Agent O'Malley, FBI"

Merlin's War is a tapestry of different events sparked by the abduction of the world's most modern and powerful nuclear submarine, the USS William Taft. The instrument of this abduction is Merlin, a sophisticated quantum computer that is able to hack the sub's master control and render the crew powerless to prevent the use of the thirty ballistic missiles on board for the most horrific of reason: revenge. Dr. Merlin Jones, a disenchanted IT genius is the brains behind the abduction. He intends to make full use of the Taft's weaponry against the US and its government. Special Agent O'Malley of the FBI and his team of three, are tasked with the mission to find Merlin's lair, destroy the computer and bring its designer to justice, before Armageddon reigns down on millions of American citizens. In addition the crew of the USS Taft realize they are going to die and it is incumbent on them to sink their own vessel if the world's most powerful navies don't do it first. This page turner has many elements readers will enjoy. Political intrigue, adventure, submarine warfare, romance and a twist at the end the FBI never counted on.
