In ihrer Biografie erzählt die Münchner Autorin authentisch und ans Herz gehend von ihrem Leben als farbiges Kind einer als Wunderkind der zwanziger Jahre gerühmten Künstlerin. Das Buch konfrontiert seinen Leser mit einem Leben voll tragischer Wendungen und thematisiert die Abhängigkeiten einer au ergewöhnlich engen Mutter-Tochter-Beziehung in klarer Sprache - und dennoch voller Wärme und tiefer Menschlichkeit.
