Jacinto Peraire Ferrer (Ibars de Noguera, Lleida, 1929) is a Spanish writer and journalist with ecclesiastical training, whose work focuses on spirituality, religious history, and the biographies of converts. From 1970 until his retirement, he worked professionally in Barcelona. He has collaborated with publishers such as the Biblioteca de Autores Cristianos and Edibesa, addressing topics such as Christian martyrdom and the harmony between faith and reason

Among his most notable works are Singing Towards Death (2001), The Lower Cinca Dyed in Blood (2003), The Song of Dom Mauro (2006), God in the Laboratory (2015), and Modern Converts on Open Mic (2013). His narrative approach combines historical rigor with deep spiritual reflection, significantly contributing to the genre of religious and biographical literature.
