Jorge Enrique Rojas Quiceno is a Colombian surgeon, graduated from the University of Caldas (Manizales), specialized in neural therapy, bioenergetic nutrition, phytotherapy, functional medicine, and homotoxicology. He holds an honorary doctorate in Integrative and Biological Medicine, is a university professor, a distinguished speaker, and the director of Vital Connection, the most-watched health education program in Colombia.

In 2019, he premiered Your Kitchen, Your Medicine on Discovery Home & Health. He created the Health Parks, where programs for demedicalization of pain, clinical diagnosis, and comprehensive prevention are facilitated. He has formed an interdisciplinary team of seventy-six health professionals for the practice of integrative medicine, with the slogan "Four eyes see more than two".
