Synopsis "International Criminal Court on African Leaders"

The general objective of the study was to find out how the International Criminal Court has been targeting African leaders. The specific objectives were to establish how the ICC policies are targeting Africans unfairly, to examine the unfairness of international law on African leaders, to determine how ICC is a tool to recolonize Africa. Over the 21st and 20th Centuries, International Relations has been seen as a major avenue to address political economy, identities ethnically and nationally, international security, diplomacy, terrorism, social movements, media, and intercultural relations. The need to establish stable and conducive International Relations led to the formation of ICC. ICC is a court that has been used to create awareness on human rights and bringing leaders to justice before the law. Peace and justice have always been the theme for ICC which remains a big influence in the quest for a conducive environment for International Relations. Globalization has had significant effects on foreign policy worldwide and various countries are tackling its consequences with different strategies. The formation of treaties serves as the earliest forms of International Relations.
