Among other things, the yearbook contains the lectures held at the annual "Bochum Symposium for Inheritance Law." German description: Der Verein "Hereditare Wissenschaftliche Gesellschaft fur Erbrecht e.V." verfolgt das Ziel der wissenschaftlichen Erforschung des Erbrechts und des Rechts der lebzeitigen Vermogensnachfolge. Es gehort zu den Hauptanliegen des Vereins, die Verbindung von Wissenschaft und Praxis zu fordern.
