Chinese author specialized in web novels with danmei (Chinese BL), xianxia (Chinese fantasy), and wuxia (martial arts) themes. Mo Xiang Tong Xiu is a pseudonym used by the author to publish her stories on the JJWXC portal, where users post their writings and the most read or popular ones can get their works published in print. Being a pseudonym, and publishing a quite controversial genre in China with sexual scenes included, little is known about her. Only that she has a Weibo account (the Chinese Twitter) and that she started her career after becoming fond of boy’s love by reading a D. Gray-Man fanfic in high school.
