Synopsis "Fighting HIV/AIDS in an armed crisis situation in Bouaké"

During the armed crisis in Côte d'Ivoire since September 19, 2002, which resulted in the absence of all health structures in Bouaké, the NGO CSAS did not collapse, although it was considerably affected. On the contrary, it has survived and has moved from psychosocial care to comprehensive care. This document is the result of the research we conducted over a three-month period (June, July and August). This work is a verification of the social science methodology learned during our three years of study. It is concretely the application of the sociological methodology to a social fact. Thus, the subject of this verification is entitled as follows: the fight against HIV/AIDS in a situation of armed crisis: the experience of the CSAS of Bouaké.
