I started this project not as a book but for a charting of my progress and what healing is for me. now I have a place where I can rest my tired bones. I put every little piece of myself into this, and I am proud of it. however, as you proceed just know, the following pages contain sensitive subjects such as eating disorders, suicide, self-harm, and anxious thoughts.
