Book consolidated by the work of teachers Natalia Bohórquez T, Carolina Hernández C, Alba Vargas B and Carlos A Amaya C, from the Environmental Engineering program at the Technological Units of Santander, research projects are developed to analyze environmental situations in the multiple contexts of human coexistence, where priority is given to the vision of natural resources as the only source of all goods and services of enjoyment, from which to promote social consolidation, quality of life and the possibilities of individual and collective growth of human beings, while understanding the limits and strengths of economic activities, always conditioned by the environmental surroundings that are built.The compilation of four researches shows environmental aspects that allow students in formation to know the environmental, social and economic reality, from its causes to its consequences, for the preventive interpretation of the same that allows them to minimize impacts and alterations, to build conditions of sustainability and sustainability for all living beings in the common home, planet earth.
