Elements of Surrender. Desert Places - Michelle Faust

In this powerful and deeply personal journey through the "Desert Place," Michelle A. Faust confronts the hidden wounds many believers silently carry-physical abuse, mental abuse, abandonment, neglect, church hurt, chronic illness, fear, anxiety, depression, and the pain of feeling spiritually orphaned.

We talk about freedom in Christ, but are we truly living as free as we could be?

Many of the battles we face today were born from wounds we never chose. The effects remain long after the moment has passed, shaping identity, emotions, relationships, and even how we view God. We recognize the cycles, but often struggle to uncover the deeper spiritual lies keeping us bound.

While counseling and practical support are valuable, true healing cannot stop with human systems alone. Jesus is still the Wonderful Counselor, and the Holy Spirit still leads people into truth, healing, and freedom.

In this book, Michelle shares her own testimony of walking through the Desert Place and reveals five spiritual lies that quietly keep believers trapped in bondage. Through Scripture, surrender, and the renewing of the mind, she uncovers the truth needed to break agreement with fear, shame, rejection, and hopelessness.

This is not a message of self-help or striving. Freedom is not another task to accomplish-it is a truth to be believed.

If you are weary, wounded, and longing for deeper healing, this book is an invitation to let the Holy Spirit lead you into restoration, peace, and renewed identity in Christ.

Deliverance and healing await.

All you must do is surrender.
