Synopsis "Ein neuartiger Ansatz zur Erkennung und Analyse von Hirntumoren (in German)"

Das vorgeschlagene Verfahren zur Erkennung und Lokalisierung von Hirntumoren umfasst folgende Schritte: (i) Bildaufnahme, (ii) Vorverarbeitung, (iii) Kantenerkennung, (iv) morphologische Operationen. Nach der Schwellenwertbildung erscheinen Tumore als rein wei e Flecken auf rein schwarzem Hintergrund. Der Algorithmus umfasst zwei Stufen: Zunächst erfolgt die Vorverarbeitung des gegebenen MRT-Bildes, anschlie end die Segmentierung. - Bildaufnahme (Erfassung von MRT-Scans). - Bilder werden in MATLAB in Form einer 2D-Matrix gespeichert. - Vorverarbeitung: (i) Bildaufnahme (Erfassung von MRT-Scans). (ii) Kantenerkennung durch Medianfilterung. (iii) Bilddilatation - Verarbeitungsphase: Dazu gehört die Analyse des 2D-Bildes mit MATLAB-Befehlen, die Extraktion des Tumoranteils erfolgt mit Hilfe von Segmentierungsmethoden.
