Synopsis "Don't Play With The Craft"

The story begins in the fictional town of Bridgewood, South Carolina and home of main character and story teller Kristen 'Kris' Lucas in 2012. She begins her story on Halloween night when she and her friends engage in dark activities such as exploring haunted places within the town, urban legends, and contacting spirits through an Ouija board. Quickly the night changes from a fun party to a night of terror. Over the next few days, the group experience multiple moments of strange phenomena. This leads to an attack by one of their own. Unbeknownst to the group, their friend is now possessed by the evil within the house and is attempting to exact its revenge. Kris Lucas is a senior when the story begins on Halloween night in 2012. She tells the story of her and her best friend's experiences that night and for the next five years as they try to cope with what they did. A love triangle, a town's dark past, and an Ouija board. On Halloween night Kris and her friends opened a door to the spiritual world and spend the next five years trying to shut it. During those years she and her friends are torn apart and reunited. Relationships are tested. And throughout the journey they learn the most important rule... you don't play with the craft.
