Sie analysiert die Funktionen der Zustimmung, typisiert ISDS-Klauseln anhand der Vertragspraxis und beleuchtet ihre Rechtsnatur im Verhltnis zum Investor. Die Zustimmung wird als vlkerrechtsunmittelbares Individualrecht qualifiziert, das Investoren den Abschluss einer Schiedsvereinbarung ermglicht.
