Synopsis "de Aquí a Aquí: Doce Umbrales En El Camino Espiritual (in Spanish)"

In this book, you'll find 12 concise chapters to help you through 12 life-changing stages that can help guide you away from a life of distraction and absence. You'll learn to be present and in the moment, no matter where you are. It's about opening yourself up, stepping away from the noise, and accessing your inner stillness. Go from resistance to surrender, and from not knowing what to do to allowing things to happen.
