He needs to navigate his apathetic office manager and a coworker that breeds toxicity at every turn. Soon the conference room turns into a daily battleground, and a tragic event threatens to shatter the office into pieces.

Before he knows it, Noel is the glue that holds the office together. Along the way he forms relationships that will last a lifetime and become the foundation for the strength needed to win the war waging in the office.

Will Noel be able to drive the disfunction and toxicity from the office and make Cramdler a workplace the employees are proud of?
