La TRANSMISSION À COUDE est un équipement compact et portable, conçu pour transmettre efficacement la puissance à angle droit sans recourir à des engrenages. Le mécanisme El-Bow transmet la puissance d'entrée vers le côté sortie de telle sorte que les forces angulaires produites dans les articulations sont transmises à l'aide de tiges qui captent la puissance d'entrée, et l'entraînement à angle droit est transféré vers l'ensemble articulation-tige de sortie.
