Synopsis "Coelioskopische Heilung der Pyelo-Ureteralen Verbindung bei Kindern (in German)"

Die laparoskopische Pyeloplastik bei Kindern wurde erstmals 1995 von Peters et al. durchgeführt. Die laparoskopische Behandlung der pyelo-ureteralen Verbindung war bei allen 6 Kindern möglich. Diese Behandlung bestand in 3 Fällen aus einer Pyeloplastik, in einem Fall aus einer Pyeloplastik mit Absetzung des Polargefä es und in 2 Fällen aus einer Transposition des unteren Polargefä es. Die durchschnittliche Operationsdauer betrug 151 min bei der Pyeloplastik und 102,5 min bei der Gefä transposition. Die durchschnittliche Dauer des Krankenhausaufenthalts betrug 1,4 Tage (1-2 Tage). Die postoperativ durchgeführte Ultraschallkontrolle zeigte bei 4 Patienten eine Verringerung der pyelokalischen Dilatation und bei 2 Patienten ein stabiles Erscheinungsbild. Die Heilung der JPU ist laparoskopisch möglich, wobei die Ergebnisse mit denen der herkömmlichen Heilung vergleichbar sind. Der laparoskopische Zugang bietet einen ausgezeichneten Arbeitsraum und verbessert die Qualität der Exposition für die Dissektion der JPU. Dieser Eingriff ist bei Kindern unter 6 Monaten durchführbar.
