Dr. Victoria Bream is a British clinical psychologist specialized in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) for anxiety disorders, with a particular focus on obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and hoarding disorder. She trained at the Institute of Psychiatry at King's College London and completed a postgraduate degree in cognitive therapy at the Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre. She is currently the clinical director of the Oxford Health Specialist Psychological Intervention Centre (OHSPIC), after working for 15 years at the Centre for Anxiety Disorders and Trauma (CADAT) at Maudsley Hospital in London

Among her most notable works is Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (2017), co-written with Fiona Challacombe, Asmita Palmer, and Paul Salkovskis, a clinical guide published by Oxford University Press. She is also co-author of Break Free from OCD (2011) and Break Free from Maternal Anxiety (2022), both self-help books aimed at patients and families. Her work falls within the genre of clinical psychology and evidence-based self-help, with a focus on the practical application of CBT for complex disorders.
