Synopsis "Bewertung der Antimikrobiellen Aktivität von Pinus Pinaster: Bewertung der Antimikrobiellen Aktivität von Pinus-Pinaster-Öl und -Extrakten auf Streptococcus sp. (in German)"

Ziel dieser Arbeit war es, die antimikrobielle Aktivität des durch Hydrodestillation gewonnenen ätherischen Öls und der durch Mazeration, Aufguss und Abkochung gewonnenen Extrakte aus Pinus Pinaster auf das Bakterium Streptococcus sp. zu untersuchen. Die antimikrobielle Aktivität gegen das Bakterium Streptococcus sp. wurde mit der Agardiffusionsmethode unter Verwendung von Scheiben untersucht. Die Ölausbeute war gering, aber ausreichend, um die antimikrobielle Aktivität gegen Streptococcus sp zu untersuchen, und der durch Hydrostillation gewonnene ätherische Ölextrakt erwies sich als effizienter in der Hemmung des Wachstums des Mikroorganismus. Das Mazerat in 99,5%igem P.A. Alkohol erwies sich ebenfalls als bakterienhemmend. Die erzielten Ergebnisse zeigen, dass weitere Studien erforderlich sind, da die Nadeln von Pinus Pinaster ein beträchtliches antimikrobielles Potenzial aufweisen.
