Tom King (California, 1978) is an American comic book writer known for his wit and thematic depth. Former agent of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), he has particularly excelled in the superhero genre with works for DC Comics like Batman, Mister Miracle, and Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow, as well as the acclaimed series The Vision for Marvel. Among his awards, the Eisner Award for Best Writer (2018) stands out, establishing him as one of the most influential voices in current graphic narrative.

Tom King is recognized for his ability to explore the emotional and ethical dimensions of his characters, building stories that go beyond the traditional superhero genre to touch on universal themes of identity, trauma, and redemption.

Mikel Janín, born in Pamplona in 1974, is a prominent Spanish comic book artist. After training as an architect, in 2010 he decided to dedicate himself professionally to the world of comics. In 2011, he signed an exclusive contract with DC Comics, where he has worked as an illustrator, inker, and cover artist on various series.

Among his most notable works are Justice League Dark (2011), Grayson (2014), and his acclaimed stint on Batman (2016), where he collaborated with writer Tom King. Although he has not received any major individual awards, his work has been widely recognized by critics and readers, establishing himself as a key figure in the contemporary comic book industry.
