Paz Levinson
Paz Levinson, born in Bariloche in 1978, is a renowned Argentine sommelier who has achieved international prestige. Initially, she studied Literature in Buenos Aires, but her passion for wine led her to train as a sommelier at the Argentine Wine and Spirits Center (CAVE). She was the first Argentine to obtain the Advanced Sommelier certificate from the Court of Master Sommeliers. She has worked in prominent restaurants in France, such as Le Bristol and Epicure, and since 2018 she has been the executive sommelier of the Groupe Pic, led by chef Anne-Sophie Pic, the only woman in France with three Michelin stars.

In 2023, Levinson co-wrote Argentine Wine Chronicles alongside producer Gabriel Dvoskin, with photographs by Ana Armendáriz. The book offers a tour of five wine regions in Argentina, exploring the evolution of the industry through interviews with twelve prominent winemakers. This work combines genres such as travel chronicle, essay, and wine dissemination. Additionally, Levinson leads the Argentina Reloaded project, which aims to position Argentine wine on the menus of the world's top restaurants.
