Daniel Moeckli
Daniel Moeckli is a Swiss jurist specialized in public international law and constitutional law. He is currently a professor of Public Law with an international and comparative focus at the University of Zurich. He earned his LL.M. at the London School of Economics and his PhD at the University of Nottingham. His research focuses on human rights and comparative constitutional law.

Among his most notable works are Human Rights and Non-Discrimination in the 'War on Terror' (2008), Exclusion from Public Space: A Comparative Constitutional Analysis (2016), and, as co-editor, International Human Rights Law (2010), an influential handbook on international human rights law. These publications belong to the academic and legal genre.
