Fernando Pasarín comenzó dibujando la miniserie Sgt. Kabukiman N.Y.P.D. para la editorial Fester Comix entre los años 2002 y 2003. Más tarde, ingresó en el mercado francés dibujando algunas historietas para Semic en las series Phenix (La Boîte Rouge, 2003, con guión de Lofficier) y Strangers (Où l'On Parle de Fins et de Débuts, 2003). Este hecho le abrió camino para comenzar a trabajar con Le Lombard en la obra Les fils de la Louve (historia de Patrick Weber) durante los primeros cuatro álbumes, que le ocuparon entre 2005 y 2008.

En 2007 comenzó a prestar sus lápices a la editorial norteamericana DC Comics con un número de la serie Ion: Guardian of the Universe, y entre sus trabajos cuentan dibujo, entintado y portadas.
