Synopsis "Side Steps Terrorizing Sound Bites"

"Side Steps Terrorizing Sound Bites" poetically reveals the diabolical ramifications of life being played rather than lived. Amy Jean shares personal trials, tribulations, and contemplation in a spirited rhythmic chime. The struggle of women to be recognized in a male-dominated society is boldly depicted in activist poetry style. This collection shoots flares up at the historical missteps we habitually ignore. Fiery intensity and engaging illustrations amplify the words on the page and drive them home to readers who are open to engaging with our flawed history.

Cadiz-born writer in 1991, Amy Jean holds a degree in Audiovisual Communication and a master's in Screenwriting

The author balances writing with her work as a director and screenwriter at a film and advertising production company she founded with two friends

Her passion for literature, which has been with her since a young age, eventually led to a strong passion for creating her own stories. Thus was born what would be her first novel to see the light, That Red-Haired Girl. In it, we meet Alessa, a young woman who does not believe in the existence of love until she crosses paths with Jake Harris, with whom she shares many things, including a devotion to music.
