Cécile Roumiguière (Rodez, France, 1961) is a writer and screenwriter specialized in children's and young adult literature, both in narrative and illustrated books. In 2022, she published The Witches (Encyclopedia of Magical Beings, co-authored with illustrator Benjamin Lacombe), a 71-page work that combines history, mythology, and magical culture in an encyclopedic format.
