Anna Lavatelli (Cameri, Italy, 1953) is a distinguished Italian writer specialized in children's and young adult literature. With a degree in Philosophy from the University of Milan, she began her career as a literature teacher in secondary education before fully dedicating herself to writing in 1986. Her work is characterized by addressing everyday life themes, exploring both joyful moments and complex situations, with the goal of bringing children and young people closer to the vast world of reading.
