Gisela Gilges (Buenos Aires, 1983) is a writer, life coach, and speaker. She trained in psychology, neurology, human resources, and other disciplines which she ultimately integrated into her coaching education. She worked in large international companies as Head of Employment, Talent and Human Development, BP Manager, among others. In 2011, she founded her consulting firm Giga Minds, where she advises and coaches executives on development strategies, team building, human resources strategy. She currently runs her own International School of Coaching and leads a very large community that seeks to incorporate coaching tools into their lives. She published the books How to Find the Ideal Employee (2007), A Date on the 32nd Floor (2019), and Sensitivity My Superpower (2022)
