BANDIT - Samuel Plauché

BB and Smokey find each other as they both struggle to escape the systems of powers they've found themselves strapped to. As their love blossoms into a inferno, they refuse to answer to anyone else ever and thus starts their crime spree through southern Texas and New Mexico. However, after the pair kill a sheriff, the FBI begins to get involved. Detective Hornwitz comes down from Dallas, determined to catch them as he is simultaneously gnawed by a growing distrust for the powers he himself is subservient to in Washington.

BANDIT is one part crime thriller, and one part romance. The novel explores not only love and the different ways it exists, but also how far we are willing to go to keep it.
