It never ceases to amaze me when Africa and the world outside of Africa are brought up for discussion. Africa is home to most of the natural resources, and this is the most important fact that I intend to share throughout this entire book. Given these two facts, one must come to appreciate the people who started it all, and the land that makes it possible for the world to function. However, in our current reality, this is not so. But this is where, we the adults, the parents, the teachers, the people who can influence the children come into play. We have a responsible, and it is necessary to treat the children just as we treat those materialistic items we cherish! Imagine being introduced to a particular culture during the age whereas you are developing a sense of who you are as a person, and your character is now being orchestrated by the environment in which you inhabit? You are your child's first teacher(s), and whatever you teach them whether it is direct or indirect, they will pick up on your behavior. With that being said, keep your child in an environment that pushes their ambitions to learn more and more!
